Shipping and delivery
We ship orders within 24 hours of confirmation, as a rule the same day if you order before 12:00. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

The price shown is the cheapest method in that country. In Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania the cost depends on the carrier and delivery method you choose, and a pickup point is cheaper than delivery to your door. Everywhere else there is one flat rate that does not depend on the order value; it only steps up on very heavy orders, above 65 kg. A spool weighs about 1 kg, so a normal order always stays at the price above. You will always see the final price in the cart before completing the order.
We ship from our warehouse in Czechia, with PPL, Packeta, GLS, InPost or DHL depending on the method you choose. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. After shipping you will receive the parcel tracking number by e-mail.
